This Return & Warranty Policy outlines how you can return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased from us, along with the warranty coverage provided for our items.
Sattar Metal allows returns, exchanges, and refunds (conditions applied) to ensure a smooth and fair experience for every customer.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is currently free of cost within Sattar Metal Industries’ service coverage.
- Delivery usually takes 48–72 hours, but may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other external factors.
- Customers may be required to verify their phone number during their first order or from their account details to ensure smooth delivery communication.
- If a customer provides a wrong location and remains unresponsive, necessary action will be taken, which may include order cancellation or additional delivery charges.
Return Eligibility
To maintain fairness for all customers, Sattar Metal uses a balanced return system with clear guidelines:
- 30-Day Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the packaging is intact and meets Sattar Standard Packaging.
- Product Condition: Items cannot be returned for issues like cracks, missing parts, or installation damage discovered after taking the item home, unless proven to be a manufacturing or delivery issue from Sattar’s end.
- Condition Applied: Only one return, exchange, refund, or modification is allowed per invoice.
- Challan Confirmation: Accepting the challan confirms the product was received in good condition.
- Delivery Charge for Invalid Returns: If a customer returns a product without a valid reason, the delivery fee must be paid based on weight, size, and distance from Dhaka.
Return & Refund Process
Follow these steps to file a return, replacement, or refund request:
- Contact our hotline at +8801713233122 or send a WhatsApp message with a short video showing the issue.
- Visit the purchasing showroom with required documents: invoice, challan, warranty card, and undamaged carton.
- Discuss the issue with the sales manager, who will forward the details to the Head Office.
- After Head Office confirmation, refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds/exchanges will be provided via cash or cheque, depending on the original payment method.
If a customer fails to collect the approved refund within 7 days, the request will be automatically cancelled and returned to Head Office. Customers may reapply but must repeat the full process.
Order & Payment Confirmation
- After full online payment, customers receive a confirmation email and invoice.
- If the customer created an account using only a phone number, a confirmation SMS will be required as proof.
- Both email and SMS confirmations are sent after order verification.
- For stocked items, customers must pay at least 50% advance; the remaining balance must be paid within 30 days.
Product Warranty
All Sattar Metal products include an exceptional 12-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults. This ensures long-term reliability and confidence in our craftsmanship.
- Covers product defects, corrosion issues, and faulty welding or finishing.
- Warranty claims must include valid proof of purchase.
- Warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or customer negligence.
- Warranty and after-sales terms may vary by product; customers are advised to confirm details before purchase.
- Discounts and offers do not apply to EMI payments.
After-Sales Service
Customers must retain the invoice to claim any after-sales service. Without proper documentation, Sattar Metal cannot provide warranty or service support.
