Your order is a legal offer. Automatic SMS or email updates do not confirm acceptance. Your order is accepted only when dispatched. Processing times are estimates and may vary.
Possible order states include: New Order, Confirmed Order, Partially Shipped, Fully Shipped, Backorder, and Cancelled Order.
Prices are shown in BDT and include VAT. Cart prices always reflect the latest price. Prices may change before checkout. We do not offer price matching. Availability is shown on product pages. Orders may require identity verification (e.g., OTP). We may cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund prepaid amounts per our refund policy.
Total cost (products + delivery + charges) is shown before checkout. Payment can be made by cash on delivery or secure online payment (SSLCommerz). Card details are encrypted and never stored. Banks may require identity verification.
Delivery times are approximate. Products are delivered to the shipping address you provide. Most deliveries are made via our in-house team; some remote locations may require third-party delivery. Delivery fees are not refunded for delays. If you are unavailable during delivery, all risk transfers to you. Some areas may be unreachable, and we will contact you if delivery is not possible.

Sattar Metal products purchased directly from us include a 12-year warranty. We do not guarantee the quality or performance of products purchased from unauthorized sellers. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by third-party couriers. Orders with incorrect pricing or inaccurate details may be canceled without liability.
Delivery may be delayed due to force majeure events such as political unrest, public holidays, or unexpected disruptions. Orders may be canceled before dispatch for stock issues, pricing errors, or other valid reasons. Refunds typically take 7–15 working days and may take longer in some cases. Cashback, if applicable, may be deducted from refunds. You may cancel your order without charge before it is confirmed.
Payment must be made either online during ordering or via cash on delivery. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and order details, form the complete agreement between you and Sattar Metal Industries. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver unless confirmed in writing. Communication may be conducted in English or Bangla.
