Warranty Coverage

The warranty period varies depending on the product category. The applicable warranty periods are listed below:

Pump Warranty Activation

For pump products, warranty activation is mandatory. Customers must activate the pump warranty through our official warranty page to receive guaranteed warranty service.

Customers need to fill out the warranty activation form using the warranty number found inside the product box, along with the required seller and customer information.

After successful activation, a warranty certificate will be generated. Customers can download the certificate anytime from the same warranty page by using their warranty number.
